I get a great deal of satisfaction from the whole process of proposing, planning and executing the perfect event for a client. Each staff member handles the minutia and detail of their unique responsibility with one goal, to exceed expectations. It takes the collective expertise, teamwork and commitment of everyone involved to create and execute a memorable event. It's great to sit back at the end of the day and say "we just did that!"

I consider myself extremely fortunate to love my job. Everyday brings something different. There is so much going on behind the scenes, so many different interactions, but when my staff and I are "on stage" everything flows perfectly. Whether it be a small group meeting or large trade show, when I get to see how satisfied my clients are with the service they received, it truely makes me happy.
As an added bonus, I get to work for one of the BEST meeting facilities in the Kansas City area. I could not ask for more!

From weddings, to reunions, and parties of all kinds; there is nothing more gratifying to me than executing an event successfully, although the true success is in the happiness of my clients.
